Every engagement starts with a walkthrough. We look at square footage, traffic patterns, floor types, restroom count, breakroom setup, and any areas with specific cleaning requirements. From that walkthrough we produce a written scope of work — signed off by you before the first crew arrives. That document is the standard we're held to, and it doesn't change without your approval.

Crew consistency matters in commercial cleaning. The same people are assigned to your account each visit. They learn your layout, your schedule, and what normal looks like in your space. If a crew member is unavailable, we notify you before your scheduled cleaning — not after the fact.
