Credential verification is a standard step for any facility manager bringing a new cleaning contractor into a commercial building. Here is what we carry and how to obtain documentation.

General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. This coverage is maintained year-round and has been in place continuously for 22 years. A certificate of insurance naming your organization as certificate holder is included with every written quote. If your building requires that we name a property manager or landlord as additional insured, we can accommodate that request.

Commercial Bond

We maintain a commercial bond appropriate for our service type. Bonding protects your organization against theft or dishonesty by cleaning personnel on your premises. If you require documentation of current bond coverage, request it during the quote process and we will provide the bonding company contact and certificate.

Workers’ Compensation

Crews working on commercial accounts are covered for workers’ compensation. If a crew member is injured on your property during a scheduled cleaning visit, our coverage responds. We do not use subcontractors who carry their own insurance in lieu of ours for standard residential or commercial accounts.

22 Years of Continuous Operation

We have been operating in the south metro for 22 years. Continuous operation at this scale requires maintaining current insurance and bonding. Any carrier or bonding company we work with can verify the tenure of coverage upon request.
